SOME THING HAS CHANGED

FOR THE LAST FEWDAYS,ONE CAN SEE THE WRATH OF NATURE.IT IS NOT A TENDER HUG BUT A LITTLE SUFFOCATING GAG.THE RAINS ARE NOT THAT MUCH PLESANT.IT HAS WASHED AWAY THE UGLY FACIALS OF ROAD CONTRACTORS, BUREAUCRATS AND POLITICIANS.AT LAST THEIR TRUE FACES HAVE COMEOUT.BUT THIS WILL BRING ANY NEW CHANGE?DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO.BUT ONE IS GOING TO SEE IN LIGHT TO FOLLOW, MANY MORE UGLY FACES.IN THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO LAY NEW ROADS,BUILD MORE DRAINAGE OUTLETS,REBUILD DAMAGED HOUSES,CONSOLE THE FARMERS LOSING THIER CROPS AND EVEN THOSE UNFORTUNATE ONES TOMLOSE THIER LIVES IN THE SHOWERS' OUTBURSTS.BUT ATLEAST IN THE CAPITAL I CAN SENSE SOME CHANGE.MAIN ROADS ARE GETTING DRY THE VERY NEXT DAY.LARGE CAVITIES IN THE ROADS ATLEAST FILLED WITH SAND AND STONES.PREVIOUSLY IT WOULD TAKE WEEKS OR AT TIMES MONTHS TO THE CORPORATION TO EVEN CONTEMPLATE TO DO SOME REPAIRS.BUT NOW IT IS A MATTER OF HOURS AND DAYS.DEFINITELY A POSITIVE CHANGE.IT IS TO BE WELCOMED.

affordable education

Is education really affordable these days?i am thinking of my schooldays and college days.i used to go schools with mere 50np in my packet.my college days ewre not far better. i used to have 5rupees only.BUT these denominations may not be valid even in the banks, nowadays like those anas that were not valid in my days.but still the reality is somewhat different.i want to know when ientered a my college out of 100 students atleast 30-35 were children of teachers.another 30-35 also belong to middle class.30-35 will be lower middle class. only 10-15 will be bigshots.but nowadays this figure doesnt seem to apply.about 20 are in the bigshots category.middle class itself has got segregated into upper, middle and lower.and the proportion of lower and middle middle class has gone down significantly.i will put it differently.those who enter professional courses atleast 40 will be from tamil medium/govt schools in my period. but now i think only 20 are in this category, i think this fall of 50% is very significant.thogh my figures are semiquantitative,i think if we get the exact numbers it will definitely be a reverse trend.does this not mean that education is going awy from being affordable?
